Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design: Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and responsive website layouts. Ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the front-end development process.

Front-End Development: Develop user-friendly and efficient web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness. Architect the entire site to use common layout elements for a consistent customer experience across the site.

Creative Content: Design and implement visually engaging blogs, multimedia content, and interactive features to enhance user engagement and storytelling.

Animations: Create captivating animations and interactive elements to bring websites and digital content to life. Use tools like CSS animations, JavaScript libraries, and animation frameworks.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure that websites and digital content are compatible with various web browsers and devices. Debug and resolve any compatibility issues.

Server Deployment: Deploy production grade servers to host our content like websites, knowledge base articles, blogs, etc.

Research: Rapidly research multiple tools (e.g. CRM tools) to select the ones that will make most sense for our content.

User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX designers to implement user-centric design principles, focusing on user flow, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of websites and digital content to identify and fix bugs and improve performance. Optimize for SEO and page load times.

Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and content creators to align creative design elements with functionality and content.

Expected Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, blog development, and animations.
• Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Lottiefiles, JavaScript, and front-end libraries or frameworks, CMS Proficiency (Wordpress) (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience with animation libraries and tools (e.g., CSS animations, figma etc)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest design and development trends.

Experience level:

• At least 3 years unless exceptional.
• Preferred, if currently focused on US based clients.
• Knowledge of security space is a Big Plus +++
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
