We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused, and process-driven HR professional to join our growing team. 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, maintaining compliance with company policies, supporting employee engagement, and upholding Metron’s culture of excellence and security.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture

  • Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and management across multiple locations.

  • Foster a positive, transparent, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.

  • Address employee concerns with empathy, maturity, and confidentiality.

  • Drive employee engagement programs, team-building initiatives, and recognition activities.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Administer employee life cycle processes — onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

  • Maintain HR documentation, personnel records, and compliance with company and legal standards.

  • Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.

  • Assist with HR audits (including SOC 2 compliance requirements related to personnel and policy adherence).

  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures; ensure all employees acknowledge and comply with them.

Performance & Process Management

  • Partner with leadership to support performance review cycles, appraisals, and feedback processes.

  • Track probation reviews, training completions, and employee growth initiatives.

  • Ensure HR processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved for efficiency.

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft professional communications, policy updates, and employee announcements.

  • Coordinate between departments to resolve people/process-related issues proactively.

  • Conduct HR presentations, onboarding sessions, and awareness drives (including security and compliance training).

Security & Best Practices

  • Promote awareness of Metron’s security culture and ensure HR practices align with the company’s information security and compliance standards.

  • Work closely with the Security and Operations teams to ensure employee adherence to access, confidentiality, and endpoint security requirements.

  • Uphold privacy and data protection standards in all HR data handling.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — verbal and written.

  • High degree of maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

  • Excellent knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in drafting and maintaining company policies and HR documentation.

  • Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution and employee counseling.

  • Awareness of security and confidentiality best practices in HR operations.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8–12 years of HR experience in a technology or security-focused organization.

  • Prior exposure to ISO/SOC 2 or compliance-driven environments preferred.

  • Certification in HR, Employee Relations, or Compliance (optional but desirable).
