Metron Security is seeking a results-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our digital presence, leveraging data to drive conversions, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Define a comprehensive campaign journey, including the optimal program mix, detailed content plan, global campaign calendar, and necessary resource allocation required to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Holistic Digital Program: Develop and manage a comprehensive view of digital programs encompassing display advertising, SEO, SEM, organic social media, content syndication, editorial initiatives, and engaging inbound web experiences.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Social Marketing teams to synchronize campaign timing with product launches and broader corporate initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Goal Achievement: Coordinate closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Channel, and Field Marketing to ensure campaign tactics support and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders regarding campaign strategies, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Compelling Campaign Development: Partner with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams to develop compelling campaign themes that align with product messaging and resonate with targeted audience segments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with various ad-tech platforms, email marketing tools, webinar platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing high-quality marketing content across diverse formats and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead-nurturing strategies and funnel optimization. 
  • In-depth knowledge of technology markets, especially within cloud security, networking, endpoint solutions, or enterprise infrastructure, is a significant advantage. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles.
  • Experience with competitor analysis tools like Aherfs,DeepCrawl, Moz, or SemRush.
