Metron Security is seeking a sharp and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our digital presence, analyzing data to drive conversions, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape. SEO & Content:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and social media profiles for search engines and user experience.
  • Plan and execute creative inbound marketing strategies.
  • Craft website audits and reports that adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Implement link-building, syndication, and content distribution strategies.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive measurable results.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of SEO and digital marketing efforts.

Staying Ahead:

  • Be a curious advocate for continuous improvement and CRO.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends, tools, and practices.
  • Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate effectively with other marketing team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills and follow up on multiple tasks across different levels of the organization.


  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, analytics, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to execute them.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other relevant SEO and marketing tools.
  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent written English communication skills.
  • Collaborative, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the digital marketing landscape.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles.
  • Experience with competitor analysis tools like Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, Moz, or SemRush.
